3rd Quarter 2014 October 1, 2014

Greetings, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. We sincerely thank you for allowing us to be a part of the ministry that God has placed you in. Our desire is to simply be an extended arm of helps for all of you that will allow us to help and to offer our services as missionaries, evangelist, and printing. Please contact us on how we may join with you in reaching souls for Christ, and be in place to help you in church planting, revivals, soul winning campaigns, VBS and of course the printing ministry.

A Joyful July – After numerous meetings in Florida and a magnitude of work done at the print shop, we were able to make ready to leave for meetings farther North. Leaving people in the shop with job assignments we made our way to the Lester Baptist Church in Lester, WV where we filled in for the pastor and his family while they were on a short vacation. We were then at the annual Jubilee in Chapmanville, WV. We also served at the Faith Baptist Church in Matheny WV, while Pastor John Toler and his family were away. We had great services at these churches.

An Awesome August – We sang, gave mission reports, preached and ministered, at the Clearfork Valley Baptist Church, and the Faith Baptist Church in Matheny, WV. The Mountaineer Baptist Meeting in Princeton WV, and the homecoming at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Newton, WV and then the last week of the month we had a very moving revival meeting at Faith Missionary Baptist Church in Beaumont WV, with the new Pastor Ralph Davis, there was good attendance and good response.

A Super September - Brother Steve Spurloch and his wife came over and picked up some pews and a pulpit stand for the new church plant in Phelps, KY. We had a great day of fellowship at the BATA resource buildings with a great dinner with Dr. and Mrs. Ron Hodge, and their granddaughter Janie. I preached at Joseph Baptist Church in Lynco, WV for Pastor William Cook. It was a great blessing to preach at this church of which I pastored for several years. Next step was Victory Baptist Church in Pikeville, KY with Pastor Edgar McKinney. (Please continue praying for him as he is still recovering from a serious stroke.) My next blessing was the Jubilee at Grace Baptist in Grundy, VA with Pastor Dean Powers. Then over to Phelps, KY to be with Bro. Steve Spurloch. I was then graciously accepted at the New Testament Baptist Church in Henlawson, WV where Roger Cox is the Pastor. This church is in the process of building a brand new church building.

Preached a revival meeting at Grace Baptist Church in Stover, WV, where the Pastor is Benny Cozort and the Lord saved two young people and a teenager rededicated their life to the Lord.

Ended the month at Clearfork Valley Church preaching their annual Homecoming Service. There was a great crowd and people at the altar. Sunday night found me at the Panther Missionary Baptist Church. It was good to be with these special friends and long time supporters.

What an honor and a privilege it is to serve and be in place in God’s great ministry. "Not because I desire a gift but that I desire fruit that may abound to your account." Phil 4:17

Please join with us in prayer about these needs:

 Souls to be saved and churches strengthened

 Our continual deputation efforts

 Office staff for FBC Publications & Printing, and the Faith Baptist Church in Fort Pierce, FL—especially needed as we are on the road approximately 8 months out of the year.

 Mountain Valley Baptist Church in Odd WV needs a pastor

 The new church at Phelps, KY—The Faith Missionary Baptist Church

 The Lord made a way for us to get a missions vehicle that we have been praying for. We ask you to continue to pray for us with regards to retiring the $3,200 debt on the vehicle in a short period of time.

Tom & Linda Milam

Phil. 2: 16

4th Quarter 2013 January 1, 2014

Greetings in the name of the One that said, “I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.” Jn. 8:12 The world called Him a liar, but we know him as the Liberator!

God is good all the time!

A great big Thank You, to all our faithful supporters. You are making a difference in the lives of many: whether you give financially or make your prayer offerings daily for our part of Gods wonderful ministry.

One Wonderful October – We were in seven different churches in West Virginia before returning to minister in Florida at many churches the Lord has opened doors for us.

1. Revival at Burke Baptist in Keystone, WV with Pastor Valdus Bailey.
2. Clear Fork Valley, our home church in WV with Pastor Erwin Gregory.
3. Mountain Valley Baptist in Odd WV with Pastor Randy Farley
4. Faith Baptist Church Matheny WV, where Pastor John Toler was dealing with the home-going of his brother, Daniel. Please pray for this dear Pastor and his family.
5. A women's conference at New Hope Baptist Uneeda WV, where Pastor Ray Barker was the gracious host. My wife spoke to the ladies while the men set up and served the ladies at mealtime. What a blessing this was to us both.
6. We were honored to once again be with Pastor Brian McAlister at the Lester Baptist Church, Lester WV.
7. My wife flew up from Florida to be with me in these last two meetings and to drive us back to Florida on the 28th and 29th. We sang at Gardens Baptist Church on the 31st, where our good friend Richard Parker is the gracious Pastor.

A Non-stop November – We were blessed to be in place to minister in five churches this month. God moved in
every service—God stirred and many lives were changed.

1. We sang in Revival Services at Gardens Baptist Church where Richard Parker is the Pastor (Port St. Lucie FL)
2. We traveled over to Okeechobee to be with Pastor Johnny Jarriel at Victory Baptist. We sang and preached.
3. We sang and I preached at Lighthouse Baptist Church Port St. Lucie FL for Pastor Clark Walden and the gracious folk there.
 4. We sang and I preached at Faith Baptist Church in Fort Pierce FL  We also served in one of the Junior Churches offering a message of hope and saw several hands raise for salvation.

A Delightful December -

1. We were at Faith Baptist Church in seven different services including Junior Church; The WBOF Radio Share-a-thon; Preaching; singing; Piano Recital; Schools Christmas Program (where 6 souls were saved); And many hours at the FBC Publications & Printing Print
shop.

2. We preached and sang at Victory Baptist for Pastor Johnny Jarriel, in their camp meeting and preached and sang at New Testament Baptist also in Okeechobee, FL for Pastor Jim Gilbert—the Lord blessed!
3. We ministered the rest of the month at Gardens Baptist in Port Saint Lucie, FL with Pastor R. Parker and Faith Baptist Church in Fort Pierce where Dr. Ron Hodge is the Missionary Pastor.
4. We concluded this year with a special New Years Eve Service on the 31st at the Faith Baptist Church; praying out the old year where “retrospect turns to prospect.” Another year passed means another year due tomorrow. What a wonderful time in life to be a Christian, while opposition is “abounding”, opportunities are “abundant”!

Please join with us in prayer about these needs:

Second Quarter Newsletter—2013

It is our pleasure to report to you what God is doing in our part of Church Planting and church strengthening efforts since March 20th through June 30th. We have traveled over 11,000 miles and have preached and ministered in 20 churches. We have witnessed 10 souls being saved and 28 people following the Lord in Baptism and was privileged to be in on a new church plant in Phelps, KY where Missionary Evangelist Steve Spurlock is obeying the call of God to minister there until God sends a Pastor to another Gospel– starved area that needs the truth.

We are so thankful to all of you that support us with diligent prayers and deliberate financial help to sustain us in these last days. We are so grateful to you that are obeying God’s plan for your Faith Promise and Grace Giving to enable us to be an extended arm of your ministry.

———————–—-————————An Awesome April ————————————————————————

We were honored to be at Middle Creek Baptist Church with Pastor Will Hunt, near Prestonburg, KY and with Steve Spurlock at the new church plant in Phelps, KY. Then, Revival at Victory Baptist Church with Pastor Edgar McKinney at Pikeville, KY. Then, on to West Virginia to be with Pastor Nathan Vance, Bellemeade Baptist at Sabine WV who baptized seven that day. Also, Revival at Long Point Baptist with Pastor Donnie Farmer Jr. at Anawalt WV. From there I preached for Pastor John Collins of the Seneca Baptist Church at Elliston, VA where seven were baptized and one young man was saved.

We traveled on down to Mt. Airy, NC to Northside Baptist Church where Dean Eaton is the gracious Pastor. On the 26th of April, a young mother stopped by our home in Kopperston, WV and after receiving the Gospel was gloriously saved; God is good all the time and everywhere!

———————–—-————————A Marvelous May ————————————–————————————

We were privileged to preach and minister at the Faith Baptist Church in Matheny, WV while Pastor John Toler was away and then at the Bolt Fundamental Baptist Church for Pastor Jim Lucas. What a great blessing these churches are to us.

We traveled back to Florida to preach on the twelfth in the absence of Missionary Pastor, Dr. Ron Hodge. Thanks again, Pastor Walden, for giving us the opportunity to preach for you there at the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Port St. Lucie, FL. You and your folk are a blessing to us and we so appreciate your supporting the printing ministry with your printing needs.

The remaining two weeks of this month I helped on the radio station, www.wbofradio.com, with the Spring Shara-thon and also recorded 45 segments for our "Jewel For The Day" daily broadcast on WBOF, The Beacon of Faith Radio, glory to God! And I also filled the pulpit on the 12th and the 19th. What an honor it is to be in service for our Lord and Saviour.

———————–—-————————A Joyous June———--————————————–——————————

I recorded another 30 more preaching segments on the radio. We also hosted Bro. Daniel Hodge as he filled the pulpit for Missionary Pastor, Dr. Ron Hodge (Daniels Grandpa!). We were blessed indeed! On Saturday June 8th we held a "Bus Ministry" yard sale which was managed mostly by our bus teens and volunteers, with the result of a total income of $604.97. The money was raised so that the teens could put a deposit on a NEW used bus for the bus ministry of Faith Baptist in Fort Pierce. It was truly a blessing to see so many teenagers willing to sacrifice their time and energy to insure we could purchase this much needed bus!

I preached on the 12th before leaving Florida for a five month mission trip to the Appalachian Mountains area, where we will be ministering in preaching, teaching, singing; holding vacation Bible School; church strengthening, and church planting efforts. Thank you again, Pastor Elton Ovitt, for allowing us to preach and sing at Dundee Baptist Temple on our way up to WV. Thank you, Bro. Steve Spurlock and Dr. Justin Cooper for ministering to us as we took part in some soul-winning efforts and church strengthening there in Phelps, KY at the Faith Missionary Baptist Church.

The Lord blessed us to be available to fill in for Pastor Richard Meek at the Justiceville Bible Baptist Church there in Shelbiana, KY. We had a wonderful day there.

We will finish out the month at Mt. Valley Baptist Church in Odd, WV where Pastor Randy Farley and his gracious wife Dolly and all the folk there are always a blessing. "Not because I desire a gift, but I desire fruit that may abound to your account." God bless and thank you all!

Please pray for these needs:

1. Souls to be saved and churches to be revived and strengthened.

2. An SUV type vehicle for mission efforts during our travels.

3. Our deputation efforts for personal support and church planting efforts.

4. FBC Publications & Printing.

5. Safety in our travels.

 First Quarter Newsletter—2013

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. We are reminded in Ephesians 5:16, to "redeem the time, because the days are evil." Our desire and aim is to "buy up" every opportunity to serve the Lord in every open door that is made available to us.

To walk circumspectly as your missionary's to our great land of America; we take it not lightly to be a part of the ministry in which God has placed you. Please, continue to pray for us as we travel to hurting churches that are struggling in many ways. We know that all of you cannot go, but we will go on your behalf, to make up the hedge and stand in the gap—"Not that we desire a gift but we desire fruit that may abound to your account." (Phil. 4:17) Thank you, from the depth of our heart, for what a difference you are making in the gracious personal support that you send our way for the furtherance of the Gospel.

JANUARY
Most of this month, I filled the pulpit in the absence of Pastor Hodge at Faith Baptist Church in Fort Pierce, FL Linda worked her bus route and taught Sunday School and Children's church, which has increased over the last few months with the addition of another bus route in the inner city area, as well as provided special music as needed.

Seven young people were saved during a special youth meeting called "The Minutemen," and one seventeen year old young man yielded to full-time Christian service. God is moving among our youth at Faith Baptist here in FL.

FEBRUARY
We drove across the state to Largo FL to Harbour Light Baptist Church where Pastor Lee Spencer had their first anniversary as a new church plant. I preached, Linda sang and we presented our work as church planting missionaries and Faith Baptist Church Publications & Printing. Two people were saved—what a wonderful day it was with these good folk.

We continued helping with the preaching, teaching, and singing at Faith Baptist Church in Fort Pierce the remainder of the month and saw the church growing slowly but surely; one young man trusted Christ as Saviour and three young adults stepped up to teach and help on the busses. I believe we are seeing the beginnings of true revival at Faith Baptist.

MARCH
Another young man in his twenties trusted Christ as his Saviour on the first Sunday morning of this month, as we continue serving at Faith Baptist. Bro. Hodge returned the third week and at that same time a former baseball great of the Red Sox—came to be with us. God saved Bernie Carbo in 1993 after a life of fortune, fame, drugs and alcohol. He now has the "Diamond Club Ministries" for youth all across America. He was a great blessing to the Faith Baptist Church. Our Printing & Publications ministry printed his book, "Saving Bernie Carbo" and delivered 2,500 to him before he left for his next meeting.

We left Fort Pierce with over two tons of books and literature in our trailer and a loaded truck for a six week missions trip starting in Dundee FL with Pastor Elton Ovitt at Baptist Temple of Dundee; I preached and Linda sang. Then we dropped off some of the books in Lawrenceville GA for Pastor Kenny Kuykendall of the Crossroads Baptist Church. The church was a blessing to Linda and I and we spent the night there before heading on to Indianapolis IN where we dropped off the rest of the books for Joy Dean of "A Helping Hands" ministry; spending the night there again before heading on to Worthington IN to be in revival services with Pastor Terry Dowell at Faithway Bible Church. The Lord is doing a great work there, what a great privilege for us to be a part of that ministry.

We will continue our journey to Fremont Street Baptist Church over in Crawfordsville on Easter Sunday with Pastor Dan Aldridge and the folk there and then off to Pikeville KY with Pastor Edgar McKinney, also with Pastor Steve Spurloch in Phelps KY and Pastor Will Hunt in Prestonsburg KY. Pray for us as we travel these many miles for the cause of Christ and furtherance of the Gospel.

Please pray for these needs:

1. Churches to be revived and strengthened.
2. Souls to be saved.
3. Our continual personal support and deputation.
4. Faith Baptist Church Publications & Printing.
5. Safety in our travels.
6. Open doors to present our part of God’s great ministry.
